The Console Connect team is growing! We are looking for a full-time, permanent Demand Gen & Digital Marketing Manager for a key strategic growth marketing role based in our London office.

Job Responsibility
This role requires an experienced B2B Demand Gen, digital and ABM leader that is looking for the next, more autonomous step in their career.
You’ll be responsible for planning, setting up and optimising targeted account-based marketing campaigns across owned and paid channels and supporting our fast-growing channel partners and direct sales strategies with high performance campaigns.
The ideal candidate is experienced in meeting revenue-based goals through account-based marketing campaigns, channel campaigns, existing account growth and excellent collaboration with Channel, Direct Sales and Account teams.
Here are your key responsibilities:
Plan out, set-up and manage account-based marketing campaigns, out-of-the-box channel campaigns, brand awareness campaigns, Go-To-Market playbooks for channel and other digital campaigns to drive demand both directly and via channel
Develop marketing programs for channel partners with a strong emphasis on revenue for partners, ensuring the delivery of targeted messages to the appropriate partner type and enterprise segment, all geared towards achieving Console Connect’s revenue goals. This includes developing “campaigns in a box” per partner type and developing eDMs’, landing pages and joint campaign assets to support the partner programme
Contribute to channel and direct sales pipeline and revenue generation targets by defining, tracking, and reporting on marketing’s contribution to pipeline, program return on investment, customer acquisition, marketing efficiency, campaign activity, and results
Identify target accounts together with Sales leadership, partner managers and Sales teams to build and segment audiences and deploy relevant outreach
Together with the content and brand teams, map, plan and create compelling campaign messages and creative
Design and execute integrated campaigns to generate new demand; progress cross-and up-sell opportunities with our customer base; and increase awareness with our target customers
Propose and maintain a demand gen campaign global roadmap in collaboration with Channel teams, marketing and sales.
Deploy communications and an account acceleration plan based on customer tiering in collaboration the Channel team.
Partner with channel teams, partner managers, account and sales teams on targets, campaigns, lead scoring, follow-up strategies, lead management, and reporting
Work in HubSpot to build email nurture programs, retargeting programs, segmented lists and assets – including emails, landing pages, forms, paid media, and ads
Continuously analyse and optimise marketing campaigns to maximise conversion rates at every stage of the customer journey. Conduct A/B testing, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and leverage marketing automation tools to enhance conversion
Work closely with the sales team to ensure integrated lead flywheel and effective communication between sales, channel and marketing. Provide all customer facing roles (direct and channel) with the necessary tools, resources, and insights to enable successful follow-up and conversion of marketing-generated leads
Build strong cross-functional partnerships with other teams and stakeholders
Drive performance through a results-driven experimental approach, both in existing channels and by experimenting with new channels and techniques
Monitor and analyse performance against revenue, retention and other marketing goals and over past performance. Continually make and implement recommendations for optimization and ongoing growth
Job Requirements
5-7+ years of experience with B2B demand generation and/or ABM
Proficiency in marketing automation (preferably HubSpot) and CRM software
Strong analytical skills, with experience analysing data and making data-driven decisions
Strong writing skills with an understanding of marketing & sales writing techniques
Experience running campaigns across multiple channels
Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and effectively partner with sales, operations, content writers and designers
Self-starter with the ability to prioritise and manage multiples tasks and projects
Flexibility and adaptability to change
Knowledge of Cloud, networking or telecommunications space is preferred, but not required
Self-starter approach, willing to have full-ownership of projects from day one
