If so, we have a role that will provide you with endless opportunities to make a tangible difference to children and young people.We are looking for a Deputy Chief Executive Officer to join our Executive team.

The Deputy Chief Executive Officer (Executive Director of Education) will be the strategic lead for education for the Trust. This will include supporting the Chief Executive Officer by contributing to and influencing all areas of the Trust’s strategy, with a particular focus on the leadership of the Trust’s school improvement strategy for all schools within the Trust. Our current Executive Director of Education will be retiring within the year and we are excited to be able to recruit a successor to start working with us in September 2024. Broad Horizons Education Trust is a medium sized, highly respected and thriving Multi Academy Trust in Norfolk. At present, we have 3 secondary schools, 2 specialist residential SEMH schools and 13 primary schools in our Trust.

Expected salary: £117067 – 129140 per year
