Job description: Design Engineer required. Our client is a well-established manufacturer of components within the commercial vehicle industry, based in the Camberley, Surrey area. Due to continued success, they are seeking an experienced Mechanical Design Engineer to join the team.
Design Engineer – Automotive Position Overview
- Producing 3D CAD modelling drawings with the use of Catia / Autodesk Inventor
- Creating electrical wiring diagrams of products
- Producing Bill of Materials
- Liaising with the overseas design team
Design Engineer – Automotive Position Requirements
- Experienced with Catia or Autodesk Inventor
- 2+ years of experience within Design Engineering with a LEAN approach
- Based in a commutable distance of Camberley, Surrey
- Qualifications within the Engineering / Automotive industries
- A knowledge of electrical / electronic engineering is desirable
- High attention to detail
Design Engineer – Automotive Position Remuneration
- Salary £32,000 – £42,000 depending on experience
- Monday to Friday, full-time. Permanent position
- Holiday allowance and pension
