SciLeads is a fast-growing company focused on providing a market intelligence platform for the life science industry. We are looking for a UX/UI designer who can work with both product and marketing to create visually appealing designs that our users love.

As our in-house designer you will be responsible for producing high fidelity designs and prototypes while maintaining a clean and seamless UI for our market intelligence platform. You’ll also support the commercial teams by elevating our existing designs and branding on internal and external materials across all mediums.

Responsibilities:

• Own the design process at SciLeads and be responsible for internal and external design across all mediums including software, websites, print and banners
• Collaborate with the Product and Development teams to produce UX and UI user centric designs for our market leading software platform
• Conceptualize and present designs from rough drafts to completed visuals based on requirements
• Take written or spoken ideas and create fully developed design concepts
• Balancing priorities and workloads effectively and utilize existing guidelines or create new designs as necessary
• Coordinate with marketing to ensure copy and design blend together to create professional, easily-readable content

Who you are, the essential skills:

• Working knowledge of UX design principles
• User Interface Design
• Experience with UX design tools or graphic design tools
• Experience with user testing and usability analysis

Ideally, you’ll have some experience in:

• A startup/scale up environment
• Experience of working from home environment
