Job description: Manchester – £90,000 Real Estate Development Legal Director – Manchester – c.£90kIt will hit the press in a few weeks’ time – our client has just won panel status with one of the largest developers in the UK and, as such, are looking to grow their development team in Manchester.The firm itself, full service and known as the ideal home for those looking to step away from the politics of larger international firms, offers almost complete flexibility for hybrid working, though their Manchester office, recently refurbished offers a wonderful environment to work and collaborate.As for you, the firm are open to considering those who come from a commercial or residential development background, or who may work within regeneration or investment – you may have a ‘big law’ background or come from a smaller environment (what matters is willingness to grow and support more junior staff).
