Location: South East England,Bedfordshire Job Type: Permanent Fab opp to join Bedford based digital agency that punches above its weight in terms of Client portfolio and billings.THE COMPANY My Client is an independent, Award winning digital agency in Bedford town centre.
With strong growth plans and a new influx of Clients – National and International, they are needing to staff up their digital account management teamTHE ROLE Reporting to the Head of Client Services, this Account Management role will see you servicing a range of Clients – from financial services, to I Gaming and early years education – all highly regulated.You will manage projects covering Paid Media, SEO and Website optimisation. You don’t need to be an expert in these areas, but do need to be a seasoned Digital Account Manager. And be known for your excellent Client servicing skills.You will work with the inhouse digital experts to deliver the best work for your Clients and have a natural servicing approach.YOU To be considered for this role, my Client is seeking an agency Account Manager / SAM with:– A passion for digital marketing
– An excellent, natural communicator and relationship builder – internally and externally.
– A solid understanding of digital marketing – paid media, earned media, SEO, and the importance of measurement and tracking
– You will have worked within a Client Services team for a digital marketing agency, as an Account Manager (or similar).
· Ability to showcase experience ensuring client satisfaction and retention
· Able to advise on marketing strategy- not just deliver the day to day.
– Brilliantly organised and time efficient.
– Willingness to travel – Clients based in London, Leeds and the US.– A bonus wld be confident with the use of industry tools, such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, AHRefs.Employees are required in the Bedford office 3 days each week, the rest from home.
