Job description: About the roleThis is a role for an Account Manager with proficiency and experience working in the Digital Communications sector – awareness and/or experience of other communications including Insight, Content/Creative and Print, Technology and/or Marketing Services, would be advantageous. - Liaising with clients to take, challenge and progress briefs across the operational pillars of the CDS business – primarily Digital focused.
- Working closely with the wider CDS operational teams to ensure customer satisfaction related to service delivery/support services across CDS clients.
- Working with clients at a strategic level to assist in development solutions to meet strategic corporate needs.
- Maintaining and distributing Management Information on work in progress, through-put, and performance, supported by Account Managers and Client Services
- To develop ‘higher and wider’ client relationships across your nominated accounts.
- Flexibility and innovation to respond to customer needs, often travelling to customer sites to work with them to develop and agree solutions.
Requirements
- A self-starter able to set and manage both personal and team goals
- Passionate for knowledge, as this is a fast paced, constantly evolving consumer driven / technology driven market
- Ability and drive to build strategic relationships with clients and colleagues alike
- A strong organiser and effective with time management and resource management
- Able to think quickly and make decisions within minimal referral / guidance
- Experienced working with high profile clients
- Excellent experience with Microsoft applications – Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to negotiate and sustain complex networking relationships
- Comfortable with collating, analysing, and interpreting operational and financial data to support account development strategies
- A strong, honest communicator who possesses excellent verbal, listening and written skills
