  • Analyse quantitative and qualitative data to evaluate clients’ marketing and digital experience performance.
  • Discover underperforming areas and identify

opportunities to improve performance. * Create automated visualisations from complex data sources to effectively convey relevant information.

  • Investigate analytics data, run reports, visualise data and present findings to clients.
  • Articulate business objectives

specify KPIs and develop/implement measurement and tagging strategies using a variety of analytics tools. * Conduct data collection audits through an established process to ensure accurate
tracking implementation and proper data collection. * Work closely with clients and agency partners to align on campaign tracking, reporting and visualisation, implementation methods and working practices.

  • Tag management configuration: Update tags, triggers, and variables. Create and maintain

technical documentation, including solution design documentation and data layer specifications.Work with Developers to ensure implementations are optimised. Create technical specification documents, support the development effort and QA developmentsRequirements● Digitally and statistically literate● A great communicator with excellent written, presentation and oral communication skills● Able to work with others in both a team environment and independently● Interested in learning and growing in a fast-paced environment● A proactive and creative problem-solver● Critical and strategic thinker● Confident in presenting findings to clientsQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCERequired● Digital Analytics experience 2+ years● Visualisation tools 2+ years● Experience working with advanced digital analytics at the enterprise level● Knowledge of SQL● Understanding of JavaScript, CSS, and HTML in the analytics contextAdvantageous· Excellent client-facing skills; ability to present and communicate complex concepts clearly· Experience of Google BigQuery· Experience of Adobe tech stack· Experience of Snowflake· Business Intelligence tools (Power BI, Tableau)· A/B testing and CRO tools· Session replay or similar tools· Surveys and survey data· Understanding of Agile processes and terminologyBenefitsBenefits Inclusiveness & Wellbeing
