Job description: As the Digital Analytics Officer, you will work closely with the rest of the Digital Engagement team, including external freelancers and agencies, plus the wider Engagement department and colleagues throughout The Duke of Edinburgh’s Award (DofE) charity, to maximise the digital performance of integrated campaigns, paid advertising and our organic presence across website and social media channels.This is a new role and fantastic opportunity for someone who has experience in digital analytics and who enjoys working within a fast-paced environment. This role will have the opportunity to lead best practice for digital performance evaluation across the DofE and play a key role in paid digital campaigns in support of fundraising and engagement objectives, with an emphasis on growing our supporter audience.You’ll be joining a passionate, creative and ambitious team at an exciting time as we work to deliver the DofE’s ambitious Youth Without Limits strategy.What are we looking for?
- A digital marketing professional with a solid experience of digital performance tools and evaluation methods.
- You’ll have the ability to interpret complex data and translate into meaningful and actionable insights and recommendations.
- You’ll have excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to influence internal stakeholders at all levels.
- You’ll have a passion for using the power of digital marketing to champion young people and a commitment to the DofE’s work and values.
