The Digital Campaigns Executive is responsible for developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across various channels. This role requires a combination of creative thinking to conceptualize powerful demand generation campaigns, with the support of the brand function, and analytical skills to drive effective and measurable results. Comfortable putting together solutions-focused copy as well as A/B testing messaging across digital channels as well as deeply understanding user needs and tailoring messages to these distinct audiences the candidate will also need to partner with local teams to implement campaigns.Role Responsibilities:Campaign Planning and Strategy:

  • Collaborate with the brand and local marketing teams to understand campaign objectives, target audience, and overall marketing goals for MacEd products and services
  • Develop comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with key brand promises of MacEd products and services.
  • Create detailed campaign plans, including timelines, budgets, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Campaign Execution:

  • Implement and manage digital campaigns across various channels, such as social media, email, SEO, and display advertising, and work in tandem with local stakeholders to ensure the on-the-ground implementation of digital campaign strategies.
  • Coordinate with creative teams to develop engaging content and creative assets for campaigns and to implement innovative approaches to delivering brand messages.

Analytics and Reporting:

  • Monitor and analyse campaign performance metrics, providing regular reports to senior stakeholders and wider regional teams
  • Use analytics tools to gain insights into user behaviour, campaign effectiveness, and areas for constant improvement.

Experience, Skills & Qualifications:Essential:

  • Knowledge of contemporary digital marketing tools, approaches and best practices (automation, lead scoring, demand generation). Comfortable with analysing data and reporting findings as well as recommendations. Able to “influence” senior stakeholders with creative campaign concepts and comfortable with adapting plans based upon data insights.
  • Comfortable delivering to a set of campaign KPIs and owning digital first demand generation campaigns from conceptualization to execution.
  • Experience of tailoring campaign messages to suit different customer needs customer needs.

Desirable:

  • Experience conceptualising and pitching campaigns perhaps with an agency background
  • Proficient in creating marketing campaigns tailored specifically for digital platforms or online environments
  • SEO, PPC, Display advertising and Social Media experience
  • Experience with marketing automation tools
