Job description: The closing date for applications is 23:59 on Wednesday 10th April 20241st interviews will be via Teams on 24th – 26th April 2024We now have an exciting opportunity for a Digital Communications Executive to join us to support the Digital Specialist, the Comms team, and the broader organisation to meet their objectives through digital solutions.Reporting to the Communications and Marketing Manager you will support the ASA and CAP in reaching and engaging with our audiences through consistent and high-quality digital outputs, taking ownership of day-to-day publishing, as well as feeding into the development of our digital comms policies, processes and standards.Our Digital Communications Executive will ensure that our website, social media, and video content is produced, published and promoted to reach our online audiences. You will be our eyes-and-ears online to identify any immediate or urgent customer service or reputational risks as they first appear.Developing monthly content calendars for social media, you will take ownership of publishing and promoting posts, assist in the creation and publishing of newsletters to subscribers and will assist with the creation of ads and campaigns using paid-for social media channels. You will also collate metrics and statistics to demonstrate the effectiveness of ASA and CAP digital marketing work.About youWe are looking for a marketing professional with experience of working in digital marketing, either in-house or through agency work.You will have experience of managing social media channels, previously used image editing programs such as Photoshop or Canva and have knowledge of online content publishing and content management systems such as WordPress.Good relationship management, organisational and administrative skills are essential, and you will have the ability to interact with all levels of the company, including Senior Management.
