The Role

Tall Ships Youth Trust, the UK’s oldest and largest youth development sail-training charity, is seeking a dynamic and experienced Digital, Engagement and Marketing Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a multi-channel marketing and supporter engagement strategy.
• Manage social media, SEO, website content, and digital advertising.
• Lead content creation across various channels, ensuring brand consistency.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, fundraising appeals, and events.
• Oversee data management and CRM platform utilisation.
• Collaborate with internal teams and manage external supplier relationships.
• Regular reporting and analysis of digital marketing performance.

The Person

• Five years’ experience in digital marketing or related field.
• Strong skills in social media, SEO, content creation, and event management.
• Excellent communication and copywriting skills.
• Experience with CRM systems and data management.
• Proactive, autonomous, and able to adapt to changing needs.
• Passion for youth development and social impact.
