Job description: Ultimate Sync Access is a leading provider in the music industry, specialising in sync mentoring, sync memberships and live pitching sessions. With a deep understanding of the power of music in visual media, Ultimate Sync Access strive to connect talented artists with opportunities to have their music featured in films, TV shows, commercials and other multimedia projects.

Ultimate Sync Access are now looking to hire an individual with a passion for music and a creative mindset to undertake the role of a Digital Marketing Apprentice. You will be joining their creative music industry team in the UK and will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing all their digital marketing channels and campaigns.

Ultimate Sync Access is the new subsidiary company to AM Licensing and has already rapidly
expanded into global territories. They offer full 360 mentoring, live pitch sessions, guest live
talks, courses and membership subscriptions purely dedicated to the sync industry.

Key Duties:

In addition to being responsible for planning, creating, and managing all of the digital marketing channels and campaigns alongside our creative team, you will also be involved in account management for new and existing clients. Additional responsibilities include;

• Managing Social Media Channels such as Tik Tok, Instagram, Facebook and Youtube
• Leading content creation on all platforms, organising and posting on time
• Find, engage and develop relevant target audiences via digital platforms.
• Create engaging digital content that increases customer engagement and enhances the organisation’s online brand
• Assisting on day to day (emails, organisation, team and events planning)
• Assisting on memberships management including onboarding
• Running virtual and live events
• Disco management (organisation, playlist pitching)
• Assisting with researching and booking out virtual guests
• Co-managing sales meetings (initial meeting, follow ups, tracking)
• Scheduling meetings with members for ‘check-ins’
• Preparing conferences
• Undertaking Email marketing campaigns reporting on ROI
• Assisting on booking Live UK events

The successful applicant must be able to demonstrate;

• Excellent written and verbal skills
• A passion for learning the business side of the music industry
• Strong organisation skills with an acute attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure whilst managing own workload
• The drive to kick start a successful career within a Digital Marketing role
• Ability to work remotely and communicate effectively across a small team

Entry requirements:

• 3 GCSEs (or equivalent) at grades 4+ (A-C) in any subject
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalents) at grades 3+ (D or above)
• Prospective apprentices must not hold an existing qualification at the same or higher level as this apprenticeship in a similar subject

You may also have a combination of qualifications and experience which demonstrate the minimum foundation needed for the programme. In this instance you could still be considered for the programme.

If you hold international equivalents of the above qualifications, at the time of your application you must be able to provide an official document that states how your international qualifications compare to the UK qualifications.

particular the Sync industry. A permanent role may become available for the right candidate. In order to be eligible for this opportunity, the successful applicant must have 5 GCSE’s A-C.

On completion, as well as the valuable work experience you have gained, you get a nationally recognised qualification at SCQF Level 6 or Level 8.
