Job description: Our company is a leader in the youth fragrance & toiletries market (FMCG), selling in over 35 countries worldwide. We are now looking to recruit a talented and creative Junior Digital Marketing Assistant to join our growing business. Based in Harrow (West London HA1). Salary: £23,000 – £25,000, depending on experience.

You will be joining an award winning leading FMCG fragrance and toiletries brand. The company is dynamic, fast paced and team-work driven and have a presence in UK and international markets and continues to grow. You will have the opportunity to develop your career in Consumer Goods and in particular in the Fragrance, Cosmetics & Toiletries Industry in this people-focused organisation.

The Role:
he successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the digital marketing team in executing online marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, drive traffic, and generate leads. This entry-level position offers an opportunity to learn and grow within a dynamic business environment.

Responsibilities:
-Assist in creating engaging and relevant content for various digital platforms
-Support the execution of email marketing campaigns and analyse there performance
-Assist in keyword research and analysis to improve website visibility.
-Support the coordination and execution of digital marketing campaigns across various channels.
-Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution.
-Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and digital marketing best practices.
-Contribute to market research efforts to identify opportunities for growth.
-Provide general administrative support to the digital marketing team, including organizing files, maintaining calendars, and managing communication.

About You:
-Some previous experience in a digital marketing role at a junior level
-Confident in using Microsoft Office & ideally MS Dynamics
-Great communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong commitment to quality and standards
-High attention to detail
-Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage a number of projects at the same time.
-The ability to prioritise own workload
-Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
-The ability to work independently and as part of a team
