Advantage Resourcing has partnered with a leading UK wide franchise business working in the healthcare sector and is looking for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to work with a very rewarding and award winning business.

If you have a strong passion for digital marketing and also experienced with SEO and PPC, Paid Media then this could be for you. The organisation has some exciting and ambitious growth plans for 2024 and beyond, which they are investing significantly in their marketing department. Your responsibilities will be diverse and will include promotional planning and reporting on PPC campaigns, content creation, website development and social media management.

Your duties could include:

  • Orchestrate local and national marketing initiatives with precision and efficiency
  • Set up and manage Google Ads campaigns for optimal performance
  • Utilize data insights to monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness
  • Continuously optimize marketing strategies and measure return on investment
  • Craft and execute social media campaigns that deliver tangible results
  • Provide comprehensive competitor analysis and reporting
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure campaign alignment
  • Empower franchise owners to manage and analyze digital campaigns effectively
  • Mentor franchise owners in utilizing reporting tools and website content management

Skills:

  • Strong digital marketing experience through a range of campaigns
  • Digital marketing and social media platforms
  • Write and proof Ad copy, ensuring content complies with brand guidelines, tone and key messaging
  • IT literate with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft applications
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Basic understanding of SEO

Desirable

  • Adobe software including InDesign, Illustrator and/or Photoshop
  • CRM platforms experience
  • Management of regional or national campaigns
  • Use of Google products including Analytics, Google Ads, Data Studio Report and Tag Manager
  • Marketing related, higher level qualification

The business is in North Liverpool, commutable from Liverpool Centre, Crosby, Formby and other areas of the North West with a dedicated Railway station and access to free parking also.
