The role
Reporting into the Digital Marketing Manager, the Digital Marketing Coordinator is responsible for leading the implementation of display and paid social campaigns for the Pandora brand. The role will constitute a key interface between Pandora’s global teams, local performance agencies and the wider UK marketing department.
This role is fast-paced, so a highly organised and self-motivated individual is essential.

What to expect from the role
General
- Facilitate relationships between UK, regional and global Display and Paid Social teams, sharing learnings and pioneering the UK as a leading market.
- Develop digital activities to support our content and commerce strategic objectives.
- Align with and support wider marketing department, including Brand Marketing, eCommerce, Retail Marketing, PR and Graphics.
- Be the key day-to-day contact with digital arm of UK media agency and all 3rd party tools and suppliers.
- Liaise with local finance, Digital Marketing Manager and external agencies to manage budgets cross channel to deliver commercial results. Manage billing and invoicing accounting for budgets.
- Proactive in keeping up with the latest digital trends & innovations. Close point of contact to key platform reps and agency team to push Pandora as a digital innovator.
Display & Video
- Support Digital Marketing Manager in leading Display strategy and campaign management with agencies & 3rd party vendors.
- Must have experience of planning or buying programmatic Display via DV360- channel mechanics, strategies, audiences, targeting capabilities, associated measurement & KPI’s.
- Manage prospecting & retargeting media plans to drive commercial results & brand relevance.
- Coordinate campaign asset packs to support our media agency, leading creative briefing calls and signing off on final display formats ensuring that creative is provided / updated on time.
- Focus on measurement and reporting, challenging agency performance and leading optimisation recommendations.
Paid Social Media
- Alongside Digital Marketing Manager, lead paid social strategy & manage campaign execution across Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Snapchat and TikTok alongside our agency.
- Must have demonstrable experience of Paid Social campaigns across at least two of the above platforms.
- Coordinate and brief paid social creative assets and content schedule to media agency, aligning with organic social output & CRM.
- Develop and own key relationships with 3rd party agencies, social platform representatives and internal stakeholders to drive best practice and first-to-market opportunities.
- Be an expert in technical opportunities and limitations of each platform (e.g. targeting, creative requirements, ad formats & measurement).
The successful candidate
- 3 years’ experience in a digital marketing role
- Expertise in core digital channels including Display, OLV and Paid Social
- In-platform experience or knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, SnapChat, DV360 & CM360
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Highly organised and analytical, with an ability to work to deadlines
- Experience with digital analytics tools, preferably Adobe Analytics
- Enthusiastic and proactive approach to digital marketing
- Results focused and data-driven, with keen eye for detail
- Knowledge of the latest technologies and advertising solutions in the industry
