The brand has grown significantly since their launch a few years ago and they are now a 7 figure awarded global brand. They have a strong community and following as they have a passionate social mission. They have built an agile supply chain, able to guarantee worldwide deliveries of complex items within a few days and in a cost-effective manner.

They are now at a pivotal point of their development as they strive to take the brand to the next level and are currently hiring for a strategic Digital Marketing Director to oversee 5 key divisions (Performance Marketing, CRM, eCom, Social media and SEO & Content).

This role will suit someone with a proven track record of transitioning a D2C brand from start-up to scale-up and who can lead from the front on strategy!

About the Role:

  • Develop and implement a best-in-class marketing strategy to support their D2C ecommerce growth.
  • Build, grow, lead and nurture a high-performance marketing team.
  • Weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting on KPI’s and targets.
  • Design and execute key campaigns and launches across multiple channels.
  • Budget management and forecasting.
  • Report on marketing performance, challenges, opportunities etc to senior leadership.
  • Utilise data analytics tools to measure performance, analyse customer trends and deliver actionable insights

About You:

  • Proven track record of leading digital marketing teams in a D2C ecommerce business
  • Strong knowledge of marketing channels including performance marketing, CRM, social media, eCommerce and SEO & Content.
  • Multi channel experience would be amazing – eCommerce, D2C, Amazon, Trade – B2B.
  • Excited about working in a scaling global brand and thrives in a fast paced environment.
  • Experience developing and managing a high-performing marketing team.
  • Highly analytical and a problem solver!
  • It’s a bonus if you can speak/understand French.
