Job description: Salary is up to £60k.

  • Translate and present the Company’s story and marketing campaigns visually, throughout the cycle and on ad hoc targeted campaigns.
  • Ensure the Company’s brand and visual identity is reflected and upheld across all digital content, communications, both internally and externally.
  • Coordinate regular video production, overseeing the edit process, uploading to web and social channels, and input into accompanying communications.
  • Develop social media channels for the Company (LinkedIn, X, YouTube), and once established, ensure posts are in line best practices and with the Company’s overall content strategy.
  • Create material to input into shareholder presentations as required.
  • Ensure all material goes through the necessary stakeholder reviews and financial promotions approval processes.
  • Monitor and evaluate activity, providing MI and analysis to stakeholders. 2 Website management
  • Work with the wider Business Development team to understand upcoming activity and priorities to promote online; establish and manage the process to continually update the site.
  • Ensure that content is 100% accurate, error free, and compliant.
  • Use data analytics and insights to understand user needs, improve the user journey and digital client experience.
  • Regularly review and suggest updates for the Company’s website style and content, ensuring it is contemporary, engaging, and informative and in line with digital best practices.
  • Identify potential areas for improvement and work with the team to implement development changes.
  • Monitor and evaluate activity, providing MI and analysis to stakeholders.

  • Experience in content creation for websites/ social media;

  • Up to date on latest software (Slack, Notion, Adobe Creative Suite, InDesign);
  • Success in this role requires initiative and a proactive work ethic;
  • Excellent communication skills (i.e. confident and clear), both written and verbal;
  • An understanding of branding, content creation, marketing, and communication;
  • Ability to multitask and deliver to a regular reporting timetable and on an ad hoc basis;
  • Must be able to perform in a fast paced, demanding and dynamic environment;
  • Proactive, well organised and deadline oriented. Ability to anticipate and manage workload;
  • A self-starting attitude, able to work independently within a relatively flat organisational structure;
  • Confident and motivated with a commitment to excellence, a natural intellectual curiosity with an entrepreneurial spirit; and the highest professional and personal standards;
