Overall purpose of the job
We are looking for a talented and enthusiastic marketing executive to join our team. Working alongside the wider marketing team, they will support and assist the delivery of integrated marketing campaigns and activity to further Charles Taylor’s strong ambitions for growth.
The job holder will play an important role in supporting the Charles Taylor InsureTech marketing manager, working closely with our digital group manager. The responsibilities fall in all areas of supporting marketing campaign execution both online and offline covering various tactics of the marketing mix.
This hands-on role will focus on to delivering projects, support lead generation and drive campaigns by creating relevant content via digital platforms.
The individual will utilise social media tools, create direct mail campaigns and support creating visibility at events.
Key Accountabilities
- Digital campaigns: prepare, drive promotion, and measure digital campaigns. Provide metrics on email campaign success and impact on social.
- Website support: Daily maintenance and monitoring of website including updates, blogs and product. Ensure Company website is update to date. Support implementing SEO, updating website materials and news.
- Media Expertise: Support in paid and non-paid media platforms such as, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, Analytics, and Search Console to orchestrate campaigns, accompanied by reporting.
- Exhibition and Events: Support co-ordinating and attend number of key trade shows and help set up marketing collateral at events while focusing on lead generation tactics.
- Support: calendar/timeline of integrated multi-channel tactics including conferences, client events, awards, social media, thought leadership, proofreading and editorial activities.
You will work collaboratively across the business, good communication and influencing skills are essential.
You will be part of team to support and drive our digital and offline marketing approach and digital delivery across multiple markets, and regions around the world, working closely with feedback from key stakeholders across the business.
