About the role

We’re expanding our marketing team and are keen to welcome someone as enthusiastic about the digital landscape as we are.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll work closely with our Digital Marketing Manager, playing a pivotal role in enhancing our online marketing activity.

In this wide-ranging, hands-on role, you will be involved in all digital marketing activities, including paid media, website design, social media, digital analytics, video production, email production and more.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Assisting in the execution of email marketing campaigns.
  • Assisting in the crafting of engaging video content.
  • Supporting colleagues with the management of our brand ambassador programs.
  • You’ll manage website content updates and guarantee the user experience remains high quality.
  • Monitoring current news and trends in the health and fitness sector.
  • Supporting the Social Media Manager by implementing the social media strategy across channels such as Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Spotify and Instagram, and analysing results.
  • Reviewing member surveys and presenting back results on a monthly basis.
  • Conducting competitor research.

Requirements

  • A good eye for design.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
  • Prior experience with digital marketing tools, like Mailchimp & SurveyMonkey.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Strong written communication skills.
  • A passion for digital media and be proficient with digital devices
  • A strong desire to keep up to date with industry innovation, best practices and tools.
  • A positive “can-do” attitude, someone who embraces problem-solving.
  • Being organised with proven experience of handling multiple projects at one time.
  • An interest in diet, nutrition and fitness – either by working in the health and wellbeing sector or from personal experience.
