Job description: We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing Executive to assist in the planning, execution, and optimization of online marketing campaigns for an award-winning agency in the food & drink space.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for all things marketing and technology. You will be well-versed in the concepts surrounding digital marketing and how the internet can become a strong asset for marketing.

This is a hybrid role – Surrey HQ.

The Role

  • Support the digital lead conducting social media audits for clients.
  • Support designing and implementing social media strategy to align with business goals.
  • Prepare insights based on analytical performance data and lead social media content ideation sessions.
  • Collaborate to produce social media content using Canva [when required].
  • Schedule, monitor and report social media performance vs. kpi’s, documenting learnings and recommendations.
  • Social Media community management. Initiate conversation, engage and respond to comments, queries in a timely manner.
  • Set up and optimise paid ad campaigns for social media and other ad serving platforms. [LinkedIn, META, Pinterest, Google Ads among others].
  • Set up conversion tracking and manage multiple budget lines.
  • Prepare and send newsletters and promotional emails using Mailchimp templates.
  • Measure campaign performance and report digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools including Google Analytics, SEMrush, Mailchimp, social native platforms and others.

The Person

  • Ideally at least 2 years of experience in a Digital Marketing role – agency or in-house.
  • A solid understanding of Social Media Marketing – Paid & Organic.
  • Knowledge/experience in Paid Search is an advantage, but not essential.
  • Technical understanding of how to optimise digital marketing campaigns across a variety of channels.
  • A real team player who works to build and maintain relationships.
  • Able to adapt working style by client and client needs. .
  • Analytical mindset and critical thinker.
  • Able to problem solve as a part of a team.

Expected salary: £35000 per year
