Job description: This is an incredibly exciting opportunity! Our client is a highly credible and growing agency in Lancashire, who have ambitious plans for 2024 and are looking for a Digital Marketing Lead to join their team.

Already market leaders when it comes to all things web, design and social they are now expanding their offering further into digital performance marketing and looking for a key hire to spearhead this growth, off the back of a record breaking year for them!

If you have proven experience of leading digital marketing strategy and have demonstrable results in demand generation then this role will offer you the unique chance to take ownership of a new digital division for the agency.

Joining their senior leadership team you’ll take a handle across the agencies own external marketing efforts, owning this function whilst also contributing at a senior level in pitches and adding real value to ongoing client conversations.

What you’ll need?

• Proven experience in a similar senior digital marketing role, preferably in an agency environment but in-house experience will be considered
• Leadership experience- mentoring a team
• Knowledge of paid and organic digital marketing
• Budget management experience
• A strategic thinker able to drive execution
• Exceptional communication skills
