Please note, this role will be based at our Chelsea office 5 days a week.
The digital marketing manager works across Fraser Groups home brands: sofa.com and Amara, reporting into the Head of Marketing. The digital marketing manager will create, plan, and manage both brand’s marketing campaigns on the web, social media and other digital marketing platforms. Their duties include identifying market trends, planning campaigns and using web analytic tools to analyse the performance of the marketing campaigns in line with the brands marketing strategy.
Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, including social media advertising, email marketing, display ads, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), Search Engine Marketing (SEM) and Pay Per Click (PPC), and affiliates.
- Building and maintaining a brand’s presence across multiple social media channels, Meta, Pinterest, X, Tiktok.
- Creating, executing and monitoring marketing campaign budgets.
- Collaborating with media and owned channel teams to improve marketing results.
- Measuring key performance metrics, including website traffic, audience engagement, bounce rate and ad spend return on investment.
- Liaising with the digital marketing teams at Frasers to identify innovative growth strategies.
- Preparing reports on the performance of marketing campaigns, we weekly reporting on trade across both brands.
- Using advanced analytics software to identify customer touchpoints and assess end-to-end customer experience across diverse digital channels.
- Support the Head of Marketing with marketing proposals, business reviews and senior stakeholder presentations.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Has relevant qualification in Marketing or related disciplines
- Experience in a digital marketing agency or in-house
- Working experience with website analytics, social media platforms and digital advertising best practices
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Knowledge of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies
- Strong analytical thinking skills
- Excellent leadership skills and the ability to work as part of a team
