Carter Murray are pleased to be partnering with a leading Healthcare brand in London who are seeking to add a talented Digital Marketing Manager to their marketing team based in North West London.

This company are a leader in their specific area of healthcare, have grown rapidly over the past few years and now have an exciting opportunity for a talented B2B Digital Marketing Manager to join their high performing team.

You will be responsible for delivering the digital marketing strategy to enable the successful and sustainable achievement of their brand, sales and recruitment goals. You will have an excellent understanding and hands on experience with CMS and CRM – proven experience in HubSpot is essential to be successful in this role. The role is based in London, however there will be a lot of close collaboration with the Irish and Australian team members also and a handful of globally based stakeholders.

Duties & responsibilities

  • HubSpot platform management, full ownership of the marketing tech stack.
  • Website management, this will include content management, forms, IA and UX.
  • Management of the demand webinar platform, to enable quality delivery and growth of popular webinars and e-learning programmes.
  • Drive insight-based decision making through clear and timely reporting on channel and campaign effectiveness and ROI.
  • CRM management, including pipeline, list and workflow management.
  • Line management of the Digital Marketing Executive.
  • Effective agency and supplier management.

Key skills

  • Proven previous experience on HubSpot is essential.
  • Google Analytics, Google Ad Manager, Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn is advantageous.
  • In depth experience of e-CRM and marketing automation platforms and CRM (ideally HubSpot).
  • Strong organisation, communication, planning and stakeholder management skills are essential.
  • Proven experience of data management and reporting is essential.
  • Proven experience of webinar platforms (ideally On24) is advantageous.
  • Experience of data management and reporting is essential.
  • Previous experience working with the Healthcare sector is advantageous.
  • Adaptability and agility are essential skills for success in this fast paced role.
