Job description: About the role
We’re looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our Commercial Marketing team on a 12-month fixed-term contract to drive the international digital marketing strategy. You will optimise, validate, monitor, and execute digital marketing decisions for Blackbaud’s portfolio of regional commercial offerings. Leveraging content from our HQ and regional teams, ensure customer-centric messaging reaches new and existing customers and compliments the customer journey across multi-channel experiences.
You will be an expert in capturing consumer intent, particularly through search advertising, and passionate about ad optimisation, web analytics and tracking. You will be responsible for managing regional digital advertising budget to ensure monthly lead and engagement objectives. Provide regular reporting, clarity and insights to internal stakeholders and maintain strong communication with international and central marketing teams.
What you’ll be doing
Manage a paid digital budget to define and execute online campaign strategies through:
- Strategy & planning: understand global business goals, determine how we allocate our ad-spend to grow awareness, capture intent, and set up tracking & testing frameworks to allow us to measure performance.
- Campaign performance: monitor and amend our ad campaigns to meet monthly KPI targets and act as primary liaison with digital agencies
- Campaign innovation: ensure maximisation of the latest tools and insights across digital channels, digital platform developments, and incorporate into our campaign strategies
- Programmatic ABM execution: partner closely with strategic accounts team to coordinate digital display efforts to 1: many and 1: few ABM cohorts
- Tracking and reporting: stay on top of performance, provide stats and insights to the wider business through regular reporting
- Map acquisition channels to value. Determine ROI at a granular level, and recommend changes to campaigns on that basis
What we’re looking for
- Evidence a strong background in digital & demand generation marketing, ideally working alongside sales teams – we’re thinking 5 years or so
- Strategy, project management, budget management and financial skills
- Creative thinking capabilities: interest/desire to learn and adopt new marketing strategies and tactics, learn fast approach
- Demonstrated results in improving top of funnel lead generation
- Strong interpersonal skills: ability to influence others without formal authority and build partnerships within the organization
- Excellent written and oral communications skills

- You’re experienced with salesforce.com or similar CRM, web conferencing tools
