Job Description

As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for activity across key Digital Marketing channels across the business to drive commercial return for the business.

As a Digital Marketing Manager, we are looking for someone to:

Earned Digital Media: Digital acquisition initiatives, specifically focused on SEO & Content to drive converting traffic to the website

• SEO: Technical SEO Support, Content management (creating keyword content and identifying gaps), ensure actions on ratings and reviews are helping contribute to an enhance brand perception within organic SERPS
• Content: Content ideation to support Organic social media and to fuel SEO campaigns in order to gain links back to our website and increase visibility. Supporting Marketing & PR content with digital amplification and SEO best practice in terms of implementation
• SEO Content: Manage SEO content strategy in conjunction with digital agencies and web experience team, ensuring business objectives are married to SEO best practice and activities.

Paid Digital Media: Digital acquisition initiatives, specifically focusing on PPC, Aggregators, Display, Affiliates , Paid Social and retargeting to ensure optimal business returns and efficient COS

• PPC: Manage PPC campaigns (coordinating ad copy for approval and go live, optimising campaigns, reporting insights, managing budgets, campaign reporting)
• Affiliates & Aggregators: Monthly management of fees/bidding, building relationships and manging affiliates account
• Paid Social: Manage paid social to meet business targets (create plans/brief in creative to design studio/execute/track/optimise), work with relevant business stakeholders to ensure that social media plans are effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media, champion social media best practices within Together
• Retargeting: Ensure retargeting is effectively set up to capture relevant data and retarget customers at the right point in their customer journey
• Effectiveness and optimisation: Manage performance through the funnel, help to drive revenues to set KPIs and agreed targets along with budget and invoice management.

Qualifications

Essential

• Proven experience of Digital campaign management across multiple channels
• Strong Google Analytics capability and experience
• Proven expertise within Google Data studio
• Experience of using SEO tools, including Search Console, SEMRush, Moz
• Knowledge and management of Feefo, Trust Pilot and Google Reviews
• Proven experience of Google Ads
