You will get to champion digital initiatives and collaborate globally with all BSI’s regions to drive business opportunities and shared best practices to meet customer growth and retention goals. This is a pivotal role which will draw upon your leadership, planning, organising and teamworking skills to deliver results and create value.

What That Means Day To Day:

In this role you’ll join a diverse team whereby you’ll be responsible for the management of group digital marketing activities and the direct management of the digital marketing team including, but not limited to, content development, search engine marketing, social media, marketing automation and online advertising. You’ll deliver multichannel marketing campaigns which optimise return on investment by ensuring the business fully exploits leads generated from digital marketing activity e.g. social media, email marketing campaigns and search engine marketing. Manage projects to add or enhance content on BSI’s digital channels that builds engagement and ultimately goal completion.

Other aspects of the role involve:

  • Managing and coaching digital marketing team to ensure project, team and personal success.
  • Driving planning and processes for development of content from key internal stakeholder and maintain a content calendar.
  • Conducting client journey optimisation and implement continual improvements working with the Group Data and Insights team.
  • Advancing the use of marketing automation for improved customer, marketing and sales return through development of proper procedures and policies.

To Be Successful In Your Application, You Will Have:

  • Demonstrable experience of leading B2B digital marketing in global organizations
  • Running integrated digital marketing campaigns (web, social media, email, paid) understanding of how content impacts conversion

Familiarity with website design and management:

  • Management of multiple enterprise, global websites
  • Web marketing, SEO, SEM, social media marketing, online advertising, web analytics and e-commerce
  • Content Management Systems – EpiServer
  • Marketing and lead generation
  • Salesforce.com knowledge preferred
