Job description: A prominent recruitment agency based in Kingston are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager/Senior Digital Marketing Executive to manage the digital marketing function for their three brands.

Salary: Negotiable DOE

The Role

  • Manage all digital marketing channels (e.g. website, blogs, email marketing and social media accounts) to ensure brand consistency
  • Develop specific campaigns to create and maintain high levels of customer interaction
  • Proactively generate leads through targeted B2B email campaigns
  • Build high-converting PPC campaigns using Google Ads to generate incoming business leads
  • Take ownership of the website, including content management via WordPress
  • Manage and improve online content, considering SEO and Google Analytics
  • Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns using Facebook Ads Manager
  • Produce all marketing collateral, including blogs, whitepapers, leaflets, flyers etc.
  • Manage B2C email/social campaigns to maximise job applications coming through the website
  • Take ownership of social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter and LinkedIn), sourcing, producing and posting engaging content across all platforms
  • Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out

Key Skills/Experience

  • Demonstrable experience in designing and implementing successful digital marketing campaigns
  • Experience with MailChimp is essential for this role (must be confident creating segments and reporting on campaigns)
  • Previous experience with Google Ads and Facebook Ads Manager
  • Strong understanding of how all current digital marketing channels function
  • Solid knowledge of online marketing tools and best practices
  • Hands-on experience with SEO/SEM, Google Analytics, PPC, email marketing and social media
  • Strong written and verbal skills
  • Previous experience managing social media accounts for a business, including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and LinkedIn
  • Previous experience with Hootsuite would be a major advantage
