Job description: The Marketing manager is responsible for defining and executing the marketing strategy with the aim of
supporting the growth of the business.

You’ll run a range of activities including content marketing, PPC, social, email, CRM, re targeting, awards, events and more, all designed to raise the client’s profile among the budget-holders, decision-makers and influencers in our target clients and drive new leads.

Overall responsibilities within this position are:

● Overall responsibility for the planning and execution of a multi-channel marketing strategy including always-on and campaign activities
● The planning, coordination and distribution of thought leadership and insights content across our
own channels and third-party platforms
● Planning, content and community management across social media channels
● Management of the website (content, conversion, SEO)
● The strategy, planning and execution of paid media activity across PPC, Linked In, retargeting
● Management of email marketing activities
● Responsibility for the process of entering for industry awards
● Driving opportunities to appear on relevant third party platforms through speaking engagements, panel appearances, judging, webinars etc
● Organising own marketing events (webinars etc) as appropriate
● Use of Hubspot CRM for the purpose of direct marketing, results tracking, retargeting strategies and website
updates

To be successful within this role you will show:

● A passionate, ambitious and tenacious marketer brimming with ideas about how to drive business growth
through marketing activities
● Experience of working in a digital agency or similar environment with demonstrable evidence of driving growth
through a multi-channel marketing strategy
● Excellent communication, presentation and written skills
● A passion for digital innovation
