The Role:
This is a terrific opportunity for an ambitious (Senior) Account Manager with a digital marketing background to help advance insights-driven digital strategies for our clients. We are a PR agency with a digital first mindset, you’d be sat within the Studio team who helps clients deliver digital campaigns from creative, video, design to amplification; we offer our clients paid social, SEM and programmatic as well as organic social content strategies.
We are looking for an experience Paid Social Account Manager who will play an instrumental role in further developing our offering by taking ownership of the ongoing client engagement, managing one direct report and support the Account Director to implement the strategic vision of the account and team. In this role, you will also work closely with other specialists in-house, strategy, influencer, PR etc. Far from acting in isolation, you will understand where search fits into the bigger picture alongside other performance channels (including Programmatic, Commerce, Paid Social and Affiliates) as part of an integrated, unified collective.
The candidate will report into the Senior Digital Marketing Director. You will be integral to achieving client goals, and the development and optimization of Digital activity as part of integrated multi-channel campaigns. The ideal candidate will be expected to use their own initiative to manage both paid and organic LinkedIn, Facebook/Instagram, TikTok, X, Google, YouTube campaigns. Ideally, you would have experience working within PR and or healthcare. An outstanding candidate will demonstrate ability to build successful performance paid social campaigns.
What you will do as you move with us:
· Understanding of clients’ business objectives, translating these into strategic projects focussed on improving their business performance.
· Ensuring we deliver against those strategic projects, working with all associated teams to always maintain high client satisfaction.
· Devising strategy and supporting projects based on client briefs, presenting these back confidently when required.
· Delegating and managing workloads across the junior members of the team
· Provide reports illustrating client performance that contain genuine insights, allowing our client to know what they require to change the dial, again using this as an opportunity to plug our advanced offering.
· Work with other teams to ensure smooth running of day-to-day activities e.g., design team.
· Act as a point of contact for clients, providing regular updates, insights, and recommendations to optimize campaign performance
· Managing budgets, and scope to ensure accounts are run efficiently.
· Keeping on top of changes within the digital space
Experience that contributes to your success:
· A few years hands-on experience in in social media marketing with a focus on both organic and paid.
· Have been working on search engine marketing in the past few years.
· Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and projects simultaneously
· Proficiency in building social content and strategies.
· Understanding of how search channels fit into the wider digital marketing mix, and how it impacts / is impacted by other channels.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
· Line management experience
· Commercially savvy, focussed on the bottom-line
· Excellent written and verbal communication, presenting confidently and owning the room.
· PR agency experience or exposure to pharmaceutical marketing would be a plus
· Involved in new business pitches previously.
· Experience in line management
· Knowledge of SEO principles and their integration with SEM efforts
