My client, a rapidly growing fashion group is actively seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead their initiatives in the UK and European markets in a pivotal role that involves spearheading the development and execution of digital marketing strategies, aligning them with overarching business objectives.
You’ll collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and the wider Marketing team to consistently enhance our digital marketing performance. Your role will involve implementing a test-and-learn approach, innovating new ideas to optimise campaign effectiveness, and continuously refining strategies based on performance insights. As part of your responsibilities, you’ll take full ownership of the Digital Marketing budget, ensuring spend optimisation and meeting ROAS targets. Staying updated with industry trends, you’ll share insights and drive new initiatives. Additionally, you’ll foster strong partnerships and oversee the development of the Senior Digital Marketing Executive.
You will demonstrates a track record of achieving campaign KPIs in Digital Marketing roles. Proficiency in making data-driven decisions using tools like Google Analytics is crucial. You’ll be able to excel in managing substantial media budgets and thrive in a collaborative, proactive work environment. Experience in line management and knowledge of fashion retail are advantageous, adaptability to a rapidly evolving business landscape and the ability to shine within a small, dynamic team setting are essential.
