Job description: We’re on the hunt for an experienced and dedicated Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing team in the property industry. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our workplace design and fit out services.

Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy to support sales, create a high-quality pipeline, and foster synergy between sales and marketing.

· Oversee and optimise all SEO and Paid activities, bringing these functions in-house for enhanced control and efficiency.

· Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure alignment of digital initiatives with overall business and marketing plans.

· Take ownership of planning, forecasting, and executing digital marketing activities to acquire new customers and achieve revenue targets while maintaining ROI standards.

· Enhance website visibility through strategic initiatives encompassing Technical SEO, Local SEO, Offsite SEO, website UX, and content optimisation.

· Successfully applied digital marketing strategies in the B2B sector, showcasing a deep understanding of industry-specific dynamics

· Proactively engaged in business development initiatives, contributing to the growth and expansion of the organisation.

· Implemented targeted lead generation strategies, driving the acquisition of b2bleads in the B2B space, and converting them into valuable business opportunities.

· Extensive experience in developing and implementing successful SEO and PPC campaigns.

· Strong understanding of website visibility enhancement techniques and technologies.

· Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across departments to achieve business goals.

· Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.

· Previous experience in transitioning SEO and PPC activities in-house is a plus.

· Solid experience with CRM platforms (preferably Marketing 365) and understand of mapping customer journeys and building emails.
