Job Title: Marketing Manager – Google Analytics & Canva expert needed
Start date: Before Christmas if you’re available immediately, to join in the Christmas festivities, or in the New Year if you need to give notice.
Location: Near Chilham, Kent *Please note your own transport is essential due to the company location
Salary: £30k-£35k + bonus
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am – 5:30pm
Hybrid: Yes 2 days working from home, 3 days in the office, once you’ve learnt the business

As the Digital Marketing Manager your duties would be:
- Creating attractive and professional graphics to maximise social media engagement for LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram & YouTube while adhering to the companies social media policies & company branding
- Keyword analysis in order to produce all written marketing material effectively
- Researching and writing highly captivating blogs, press releases and other written copy
- Generating highly interesting email marketing campaigns and maximising click through rates
- Maintaining the website with updated information & ensuring it is fully optimised for SEO using WordPress
- Liaising with SEO Consultants to put in place their recommendations
- Developing the CRM database to optimise the quality of contacts and mailing list – using Salesforce
- Monitoring and analysing website traffic using Google Analytics in order to make relevant on page changes to increase conversions and reduce bounce rates
- Analysing and creating reports for Google Ad campaigns in order to produce more effective results
- Editing and producing high quality videos used to drive the brand
- Maintaining and updating promotional flyers for all events
- Producing high quality and engaging bespoke proposals for specific client needs
- Providing technical support and delivering virtual team building events
Skills required:
- An IT whiz! Who enjoys writing web content and designing Canva flyers
- Excellent knowledge of WordPress
- Proficient experience in Canva
- Excellent knowledge of Google ads and google analytics
- Good written English for blog writing and flyers
- A quick learner who enjoys discussing ideas with the team
