Job description: Adecco, Nottingham is working on behalf of our client on an exclusive basis for a Digital Marketing SEO person. Our client is a well-respected specialist in their market with over 60 years in the industry.

Our client is looking for a specialist to support their SEO ecommerce business. As part of the role, they are looking for a digital specialist to make a really positive impact on their rankings, traffic and revenue. Our client is looking for a specialist who will have a proven track record in content creation and SEO for eCommerce and be able to demonstrate, present on recent successes and methodology.

As part of the role, our client will be looking for you as the specialist for the following:

  • Proficient in SEO keyword analysis, on-page SEO content creation, technical SEO and keyword tracking monitoring for continuous SEO improvement
  • Perform competitor gap analysis and comprehensive keyword research to spot new opportunities for organic growth
  • Develop a cycle of weekly and monthly SEO website audits and reports
  • Developing and implementing ethical link building strategies
  • Strong data analysis skills and able to analyse data metrics using tools such as SEMRush, Google Analytics 4 & Google Search Console in order to propose recommendations and highlight areas for improvement.
  • Commercially focused in order to drive online sales across digital acquisition channels
  • Manage, populate and optimise our clients wordpress blog / talk
  • Monitors daily sales, creates and share reporting eCommerce activity, focusing on important KPIs such as UPT, AOV, Customer Reviews, User Experience, Site Speed and Performance
  • Social Media management for company accounts on facebook, Linkedin, twitter, Instagram and YouTube, creating fresh content, infographics, videos, encouraging engagement, driving traffic to our client’s website with a focus on generating sales
  • Ability to produce digital graphics and content using Adobe Creative Suite
  • Stay up to date with the latest industry/platform trends including google algorithm changes
  • Commitment to continuous product training and learning from existing and new suppliers, be a proactive learner
  • Develop strong relationships with other key business functions including market offer deployers, field sales reps, telesales, procurement and branch operations
  • Add new products to our client’s website
  • Support day to day website maintenance and updates
  • Be proactive in encouraging online ordering throughout the business, liaising with field sales reps to encourage existing trade account customers to use our online ordering platform

To apply for this role, you must have the following experience:

  • Proven SEO Ecommerce background
  • Strong Commercial Digital Marketing experience
  • Team player, creative mindset
  • Great communication skills along with excellent content skills

Our client will be looking to conduct interviews asap with a view to appoint the right person to start in January 2024. The process will consist of 2 stages.
