We are seeking a highly motivated and pro-active Digital Marketing Specialist to join our marketing team. The successful candidate will join the team as an independent contractor. Responsibilities
As a Digital Marketing Specialist with Hines, you will play a key role in driving our digital marketing efforts to achieve tangible and measurable results for our start-ups. You will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing strategies to attract and convert our target audiences. This role requires a deep understanding of digital advertising platforms, data analysis, project management, and the ability to optimize campaigns to maximize ROI. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Performance Marketing Strategy – Collaborate with stakeholders to develop comprehensive go-to-market strategies that align with the business goals of our start-ups. Continuously refine and optimize these strategies to improve performance.
Campaign Execution – Execute digital advertising campaigns across various channels, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Google Ads, Meta, Hubspot, and other marketing platforms.
LinkedIn Advertising – Develop and manage LinkedIn advertising campaigns, including Sponsored Content, Sponsored InMail, and Display Ads. Optimize ad creatives, targeting, and budgets to drive high-quality leads and conversions.
Data Analysis – Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to adjust and optimize campaigns for better results.
Reporting – Generate regular reports and performance dashboards to track key metrics and communicate results to stakeholders.
Tracking/CRM – Ensure best practice is implemented in event tracking/ lead capture/ campaign structure, to ensure that all platforms involved in the sales funnel are showing consistent and clean data.
Project Management – Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop verbal and visual collateral to support our digital marketing efforts.
A/B Testing – Conduct A/B tests to optimize ad creatives, landing pages, and other campaign elements to improve conversion rates.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements include:
- Three or more years of experience in performance marketing (Google/ Meta/ LinkedIn) with a proven track record of exceeding targets and delivering ROI. Candidates with strong experience in non-performance marketing channels (SEO/ SMM/ CRM) will also be considered.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Proficiency in using digital marketing tools and platforms, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Ads Manager. Experience in CMS, Tag Manager and CRM tools would also be preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Experience in a client facing/ agency role would be ideal.
- Project Management – Demonstrated pro-activity and organization in delivering outcomes – either individually or as part of a team.
- Operational Excellence – Detail-oriented, KPI-driven mindset and strong collaboration skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills – agile mindset to engage with the challenges and opportunities of different businesses.
- Knowledge of marketing in the real estate sector would be ideal, but experience in any B2B vertical would be strongly preferred.
