Job description: Are you an ambitious Digital Marketing Specialist who is looking to join a fun, vibrant, scaling business?

We are excited to be working with a top 100 UK start-up brand in London, to help them find a hands on Digital Marketing Specialist. They achieved B Corp status a few years ago and develop cruelty free products, with sustainability at their core (All their packaging is plastic-free and recyclable!).

As a high-growth start-up, they work in a fast-paced environment and have a high-performing team of 24 people. They sell through their own D2C channel as well as Amazon and the likes of Ocado, Waitrose & Planet Organic.

About the Role:

  • Define and deliver their growth marketing strategy across Email, Paid Ads, Creative and Social Media to support D2C revenue growth
  • Execute their email marketing campaigns (Klayvio)
  • Design their assets and graphics for email and paid ads using Canva
  • Responsible for all paid media activity across Meta, Google & TikTok
  • Write copy for their emails – they need someone who is a creative thinker and can adapt a fun TOV
  • Run and manage their social media accounts
  • Develop a test and learn approach using data and insights to deliver improved traffic, conversion, ROAS etc.
  • Reporting and analysis, tracking metrics and identifying new opportunities for growth across key channels
  • Keep up to date with the latest digital trends

About You:

  • +3 years experience in a growth marketing/digital marketing role
  • Experience working in a fast-paced eCommerce D2C business
  • Ideally you will have worked for a start-up or scale-up business
  • Hands on with Paid Ads & Email
  • Skilled in Canva, Adobe packages and a good eye for design
  • Experience in Shopify & Klayvio is preferred
  • Creative thinker and good copywriting skills
  • Leadership potential and an upcoming leader
  • Passionate about B Corp
