Your role will be to serve as a thought leader, implementing marketing initiatives with a focus on media strategy, creative excellence, and impactful measurement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner closely with internal stakeholders such as Communications Planning, Social Marketing, Decision Science and Creative
- Proposes campaign strategy based on campaign brief, KPIs, and prior campaign learnings
- This role will involve both innovation and implementation skillsets. Tactical and campaign execution expertise will be valued greatly as flawless execution is required for every campaign. The ability to pull data and use insights to drive decisions is a large part of this role
- Measure performance and outcomes of messages in market and tracking communications performance to inform future decisions and investments. Help shape and drive learning agendas in conjunction with data science and research and insights
- Lead the setup and execution of successful marketing campaigns for our client, owning all aspects of campaign set up, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability Partners with agencies to ensure successful execution of campaigns.
- Identify testing opportunities and develop testing roadmaps for our client Marketing efforts
- Leverage large and abstract datasets to identify scalable drivers of impact for the business
- Identify and manage opportunities for our client ads product team to further develop our ad platform, tools, and guidelines based on business insights
- Own resolution of technical challenges, by collaborating with internal product/engineering teams
- Project manage complex work streams and initiatives across marketing objectives
- Stay abreast of key media and advertising trends and innovations across our client platforms to bring to future marketing campaigns and potentially expand the scope of marketing efforts
- Streamline processes and build scalable solutions to support a number of campaigns across their Brand and Product consumer marketing
- Continue to build the team’s identity and establish working relationships with the Consumer Marketing and Product Growth team
Minimum Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in digital media, with at least 2 years focused on paid social.
- Proficient in Meta Ads Manager and other digital advertising platforms, demonstrating the ability to develop effective media solutions.
- Proven track record in creating, implementing, and measuring comprehensive strategies using Meta advertising products.
- Extensive digital advertising experience, specifically in ad operations, trafficking, demand management, and/or data analytics.
- Experience in A/B testing and utilizing marketing effectiveness measurement methodologies and technologies.
- Strong communication, organizational, and project management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, advanced formulas, and macros.
