Job description: Job Description:As NEXT’s digital marketing activity continues to grow, we are now on the lookout for a talented Digital Media Lead to join our eCommerce team on a 12 month FTC!Reporting into the Digital Media Manager, the Digital Media Lead is responsible for developing and delivering marketing campaigns, in order to maximise the profitable acquisition of new customers and generation of sales from existing customersWith experience in managing multi channel campaigns, you will have strong project management skills, be results oriented and be able to work accurately at pace. You will work closely with our media agency and key partners to deliver profitable performance campaigns so great communication skills are essential.We can offer hybrid working in this position, based from either our Enderby, Leicestershire Head Office or our Manchester Arndale Office and working partly from home.This position is a 12 month FTC (mat cover) role.About the role

  • Working alongside key internal stakeholders, plan and execute performance led digital marketing campaigns.
  • Manage the relationship with our media agency & key stakeholders.
  • Work with key partners to explore new and innovative opportunities.
  • Work with the marketing and commercial trading teams.
  • Regularly present key campaign findings/insight identified to senior stakeholders.
  • Stay up to date with the digital media landscape.

About you

  • Marketing / Ecommerce background.
  • 4+ years of experience in digital industries.
  • Strong numeracy and excel skills.
  • Experience of planning and optimising across performance digital media channels.
  • Experience of managing search partners and/or agency relationships.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Logical – finds it easy to problem solve.
  • Collaborative and works well as part of a team.
  • Strong technical knowledge is essential.
  • Great communication skills with the ability to liaise with people at all levels.
  • Must be comfortable with adhoc travel to the opposite office.
