Reporting into the Digital Range Growth Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the digital range growth strategy for Supplier to Site, both through range expansion and reduction in supplier onboarding time.This role is a hybrid opportunity.We recruit people from all types of backgrounds, who share our entrepreneurial, hands-on approach to work. - Support Digital Range Growth Manager with implementing (S2S – Supplier to site) strategy.
- Working with wide range of distributors and brands directly, building valuable partnerships.
- End to end management of multi category extended range.
- Expansion of core categories along with focus on new.
- Develop plans to ensure we achieve our sales, margin and growth targets. Sharing regular updates on performance to the Digital Range Growth Manager.
- Manage and negotiate supplier commercial terms and marketing contributions (which are re-negotiated and improved annually).
- Full awareness of market trends, identifying opportunities to develop ranges and departments to excite existing customer base and bring in new.
- Propose new potential categories and product types, supported with market analysis and commercials.
- Liaise closely with core team to establish online strategy and support digital range growth.
- Help to develop roadmaps for categories with full understanding of key brands we are targeting.
- Oversee end to end onboarding process of vendors, working closely with relevant teams with the aim to improve onboarding process and onboarding time.
- Manage range selections for key accounts as well as oversee Junior Buyer selections and manage profitability expectations
- Aligned to the Dunelm values, behaviours, and leadership capabilities.
