They will usethe digital tool set provided by the business to scope, design, create and report on thesuccessful processes and campaigns which they will be responsible for. The DigitalSpecialist also looks at new technologies and tools which will strengthen the tool setavailable to the teams today. They will work closely with other organisations in thebusiness, such as the wider Marketing team and Sales to guide and support them intousing smart technologies to drive business results.Key responsibilities:

  • Plan, build and execute digital campaigns using content, email, and search marketing.
  • Monitor and analyse website and digital tool performances using different tools (such as Adobe Analytics, and PowerBI).
  • Production of bespoke monthly reports for analytics and ROI, analyse data to

understand key trends and recommend improvements to active campaigns usingthe insights that have been gathered.

  • Research effective digital marketing strategies such as advertising costs, audience

segmentation and potential ROI.

  • On-page SEO including keyword research, tweaking copy, writing metadata, and

building out strategic landing pages for all their new web builds and retainer clients.

  • Identify and develop strong relationships with stakeholders globally including clients,

colleagues, and partner organisations (online and offline).In addition to the above key duties and responsibilities the Digital Specialist will specialise in at least one of the main areas below:Digital Personalisation

  • Create and deliver EMEA, scalable marketing campaigns to drive demand for our products and services across prospects and customers buyers’ journey.
  • Research and implement best practise around digital personalisation across the

web, emails, and other digital platforms.

  • Work with teams across the business to develop personalisation strategies to

segment the users to then create digital campaigns

  • Training and support users on our personalisation tools (such as Lucidworks Algonomy, Marketo Web Personalisation and Adobe Target).
  • Provide guidelines and documentation to support with training.
  • Create dashboards and reports to measure personalisation statistics.

Lead Automation

  • Work with teams to build functional campaigns through email, marketing

automation, CRM, and other marketing systems.

  • Manage the customisation of our Marketing Automation Platform (Marketo) including scoring, multi-touch nurture, profiling, segmentation, workflows, and reporting.
  • Create reporting dashboards and custom reports analysing campaign performance

to provide actionable insights and bring forward ideas for continuous improvements.

  • Provide guidance and knowledge through their own research and support from the

legal team, around email related legislations such as GDPR to advise internal usersbest practices.

  • Contribute and advise on KPIs for each campaign, creating dashboards/reporting

to measure all aspects of marketing e.g. campaign effectiveness, lead distributionetc.

  • Maintain an understanding of all stack integrations to create guides and

documentation to support teammates in training.Digital Innovation

  • Analyse the marketing tools/stack to see how we can enhance the current

workflows and to see where additional improvements can be made.

  • Carry out administrative assistance when we onboard additional tools working with legal and the infosec team.
  • Define marketing strategies for every channel, reviewing them on a regular basis,

ensuring we are always staying ahead of the market.

  • Work with the wider Marketing team to implement the approach across our digital channels.
  • Provide frameworks and guidelines on best practices for each tool, giving support

to the day to day users of the systems.Digital Activation

  • Work with local content teams and go-to-market managers to create and execute

innovative and compelling digital content.

  • Work with Digital Web Specialists to design and create new web elements and

interactive streams for web content.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to amplify content through various channels

including the website, blog, and campaign areas.

  • Identify high performing areas of the website and work to build additional

components that support self-service across Global functions.

  • Understand analytics and performance within owned areas and work on

improvements where needed.Digital Awareness

  • Help to grow marketing-influenced leads and revenue across our major product

areas using Digital toolset.

  • Activate thought leadership content across our Content & Resources areas and

grow unique users to these sections.

  • Own webinar management within the webinar platforms, including event

setup, event moderation, platform support and definition of success.

  • Define the Podcast strategy and education across the business to onboard more

users and grow channel subscribers.

  • Provide vision to expand awareness streams and onboard new tools and techniques to continue growing the Insight brand.

  • Experience working in a Marketing background
  • Higher Degree in Marketing, eCommerce,
  • Web Design or equivalent
  • Holds relevant Design related qualification
  • Recognised accreditation / qualification in
  • HTML and CSS
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification
  • (IQ)
  • Google Analytics Premium Qualification
  • (IQ)
  • High level of written and spoken English
  • Fluent in an additional European language
  • Fully conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, and Word)
  • Google AdWords Fundamentals Certified
  • Excellent project management, communication and problem-solving skills
  • are needed
  • Fluent in major design software;
  • familiarity with all aspects of interactive design production
  • Passion for exploring interactivity through media and insight into evolving trends
  • Working Knowledge of Web Applications including Search Technology, Checkout
  • and CMS (content management systems)
  • Candidate should be a strong team player yet an aggressive self-starter
  • Experience of working in a sale based
  • Organisation
  • Demonstrable track record in successfully supporting others and delivering results together
  • Technical knowledge of E-Commerce platforms
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of the following standard applications: Adobe CS (CMS) and Marketo (Digital Engine)
