Position Overview:
As part of the Operations Leadership Team, reporting to the COO, you will champion safety, lead infrastructure electrical engineering development, and foster innovation in the electrical controls department.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate on strategy for Controls Capabilities.
Lead, mentor, and manage electrical engineering teams.
Oversee design and compliance of electrical control systems.
Drive innovation, identify process improvements, and implement best practices.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering (Master’s preferred).
10+ years of leadership in electrical controls or automation.
Strong project management and team leadership skills.
Proficiency in PLC programming, HMI programming, and ABB/A-B VFD configuration.
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Advanced MS Office proficiency.
