GSL Education is actively assisting a local school in Bournemouth in the search for a dedicated and compassionate Cover Supervisor to inspire and support secondary school students. This role is an integral part of our commitment to creating a positive learning environment and nurturing young minds.
As a Cover Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in providing essential support, contributing to the growth and development of secondary school students when needed. The role involves covering for absent teachers. This is your chance to make a difference while enjoying the flexibility and variety that comes with being a Cover Supervisor. While the school primarily caters to mainstream education, you may be called upon to cover for necessary classrooms and provide support to students with Special Education Needs on a one-to-one or small group basis. Therefore, any prior experience or knowledge of SEN is highly desirable.
