Job title: Division Engineering Manager

Job description: Sterling Engineering has partnered with a growing manufacturing in the conveyor space to add on a division manager to oversee operations. This person will be a strong, cross-functional leader looking to find ways to make improvements within the conveyor group.

Location: Near Oswego, IL

$$$: 140-150k

  • Contract negotiations with installers
  • System purchase order review and analysis
  • Systems Engineering review and priority scheduling
  • Manage bill of material review and release for order entry and fabrication
  • Manage purchase requisition generation for installation
  • Manage system project scheduling – including Gantt Charts (material flow and installation personnel)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors in Engineering related field
  • 8 years in an engineering/pm role dealing in conveyors
  • Leadership experience

Expected salary: $125000 – 150000 per year

Location: Aurora, IL
