Job description: We are searching for a well-organised, detail-orientated Divisional Manager to join our CV subsidiaries team.To be successful as a divisional manager, you should have an influential personality and strong leadership qualities.Responsibilities:Full accountability for achieving sales and margin targets across the divisions branch network.Full accountability for ensuring compliance with all company operational KPI’sEffectively managing staff resourceScheduling and holding effective meetings and training sessions with divisional management team.Assisting with recruitment, training, and onboarding processes.Establishing professional relationships with team members and support departmentsEvaluating performance and productivityDelivery engaging and regular performance updates to the divisional teamPromote and maintain health and safety regulations.Identifying sales leakage and presenting findings to team members.Implementing successful sales plansResearching and identifying growth opportunitiesImproving service and ensuring sustainability.Promoting company values.Ensuring successful implementation of company strategies in newly acquired businesses and greenfield sitesManagement of customer rewards programRequirements:Ability to work confidently with Microsoft Office, QlikView Bi and other business systemsMinimum of 2 years management experience at Area Manager or Area Sales Manager level.Good knowledge of different AAG business functionsAbility to identify and mentor new and existing team membersA positive attitude and professional manner.A growth mindset.Meticulous attention to detail.Computer literate.Proactive nature.Strong networking and management abilities.Flexible and adaptable to changeThe ability to work under pressure.
