Hours: 36 hours per week

If you have excellent IT skills including databases, spreadsheets and other electronic records then this could be an ideal opportunity for you!

We’re looking for someone who can support us in the discovery of electronic files, emails and hard copy records in connection with construction disputes and litigations.

Working with the Commercial team you’ll support commercial activities and dispute matters by administering manual and IT systems, whilst assisting with day to day administration responsibilities. This is a vital role as part of a busy team where you’ll be essential to the successful delivery of all aspects of administration.

As the central point for all document and data management within the Dispute team, you’ll provide support on dispute matters from inception to completion. This role is in integral to the groups focus and planned approach towards data collection and digital management.

You’ll need excellent communication skills at all levels, be confident in responding clearly to queries and questions, be able to work on your own initiative and develop administrative systems to ensure maintenance and accuracy.

With the ability to prioritise workload and experience of setting up and maintaining document management systems you’ll scan and upload documents, emails and files to secure data platforms with consultants and legal advisers.
