At the end of the program, the rotational analyst will be matched to a landing team where they will continue to grow their career and leverage their insights gained during the rotational program.Opportunity to rotate within four asset classes in OTPP:Private Capital – flexible pool of capital, which allows us to invest (i) directly in mature private companies with defendable market positions and predictable cashflows, and (ii) indirectly through private equity funds. In our direct investments we focus on control positions and active, engaged approach to ownership.
