Job description: Transact@PHD is an award-winning Commerce strategy, planning, advisory, and activation practice within Omnicom. We bridge the gap between Media & Commercial functions – enabling our client partners to build scalable & impactful end-to-end commerce experiences.

We’re looking for an eCommerce Executive to join the eCommerce Activation team within our Transact team embedded into PHD in London The role is truly unique, and the eCommerce centralized team is responsible for developing an integrated eCommerce planning and activation offering for an FMCG client with global footprint.

Essentially the focus will be around improving the conversion and digital experience of our client’s brands on partner direct selling, retailer websites, and enhance their search ability and drive through to conversion.

The mission is to be relevant, discoverable and drive efficiencies right down to the point of purchase. The role will join a team an activation team on a mission to deliver excellence in eCommerce activation for our CPG clients.

Specific Responsibilities Include:

  • Uncover/understand agency / client and vertical objectives, challenges and needs to actively participate in campaign planning process and activate eCommerce Media
  • Work to drive efficiencies and to show strong ROAS within the retail and direct selling eCommerce space.
  • Buy, plan & activate Amazon Advertising (Vendor, AAP and AMS) / Criteo Sponsored Products (CSP) / CitrusAd within retailers
  • Understand, manage and work with multiple local, regional internal and external stakeholders to deliver best quality eCommerce plans and results
  • Review data across various touch points including Skai (Kenshoo) / Clavis / Amazon / sales out to ensure we are targeting the most influential shopper touchpoints for each campaign and always on approaches
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with ability to understand business goals of each stakeholder and navigate through to deliver best results Essential Qualifications:
  • Be ambitious, driven and passionate about all things eCommerce, with an excellent comprehension of how search serves as the backbone of online purchases
  • 1+ years’ eCommerce experience, retailer eCommerce activation / performance display at either a digital agency or client-side
  • Ecommerce activation experience through Criteo, Amazon Advertising Platform (AMS, AMG and DSP), CitrusAD and / or other retail players
  • Have strong organizational skills, being able to manage multiple projects at once
  • Driven, determined
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Stakeholder management skills
  • ability to dive deep into performance reporting. Good to have:
  • Additional language skills highly preferred (Spanish/German/Italian)
  • Knowledge & experience of performance analysis
  • Experience working with & advising on the implementation of tagging & tracking
