Job description: I am delighted to be working with a fantastic human rights charity in search of an Education Coordinator. This is an immediate start and pivotal role, providing administrative and project support to staff. This role ensures the organisation have excellent administrative systems and processes that support their aim of enabling more people across the UK to achieve human rights change. The diversity of the role includes: establishing, developing and maintaining systems; managing, monitoring and evaluating data; communicating with a variety of audiences and keeping sources of information up to date

Main duties:

▪ Lead the development and implementation of administrative processes to support the effective operation of the Human Rights Education Team events programme

▪ Manage the collection, storage and reporting of data on a range of databases and platforms.

▪ Contribute to the organisation and running of events and meetings both internally and externally.

▪ Support the creation, distribution and promotion of education resources

▪ Contribute to internal and external communications, including being the key point of contact for enquiries.

▪ Offer support and training on data management for staff and volunteers in both teams

▪ Contribute to the development, delivery and evaluation of the education strategy

The day to day:

▪ Process expenses and contribute to budgetary processes.

▪ Support the use of the cross-organisational database to effectively manage data, communicate with contacts and measure impact.

▪ Assist on administration for planning a range of education and activist events and contribute to the monitoring, evaluation and learning processes for those events as needed

▪ Act as a key point of contact for the charity’s warehouse and fulfilment company, the Supporter Care Team and the Design and Publications team to ensure the delivery of education materials.

▪ Act as the key point of contact with the Digital team and to create and update Human Rights Education pages of the website and intranet.

▪ Communicate with a variety of target audiences including external organisations and individuals including activists, schools and young people.
