Job description: Our local authority client, based in Devon are looking to appoint an experienced Environmental Health Food Officer. As well as completing food inspections using their Merlin mobile platform, the role also requires Health Export Certificates to be produced, when covering/ Please note that training will be provided if you are not qualified. They can also provide free online training available.

This contract requires not only an experienced officer but one with EH recognised qualifications such as EHORB Registration, CPDs covering the last 2 years (min 20 hours) and a completed Competency Matrix.

This is an hourly role but flexibility can be negotiated. Full Time would be a preference but our client is happy to consider anyone looking for Part Time as well. This role is paying £50 per hour and will continue to the end of March. An extension thereafter may be offered but not confirmed as of yet.
