Job description: A high profile, global organisation has an opportunity for a Senior Tax Manager to join their tax team to support the EMEA region. The role is a real mix of compliance and reporting as well as a wide range of advisory projects. There are only two of you supporting the region which mean projects could stretch across transactions support, Pilar 2, Transfer Pricing and Indirect tax. Responsibilities for the role will include:

• Manage tax compliance and all tax reporting for entities in EMEA including preparation and submission of UK tax returns
• Perform detailed reviews of tax accounting computations under US GAAP and assist local finance teams in arriving at the annual provision computations
• Assist and drive various tax advisory projects, such as M&A, tax disputes/audits, global mobility/employment tax queries, VAT advisory, and legal contract review.
• Assist with Transfer Pricing calculations and Pillar 2 initiatives

As the successful applicant, you will need to be an accountant with strong UK tax knowledge. Given the breadth of the role, you will need previous experience of working in-house.
